Maggie Soh is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore (CRIS), where she oversees the finance, accounting and procurement functions of the organisation. As CFO, Maggie will provide strategic and operational direction to uphold the financial health of CRIS and its business units, and will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure financial management to the highest standards.

With more than 25 years of experience under her belt, Maggie brings with her a wealth of local and international experience in areas such as business partnering, strategy planning, merger and acquisitions, divestment, budgeting and forecasting, working capital management, project accounting management, process improvement, tax and treasury, as well as compliance and controls.

Prior to joining CRIS, she led the full spectrum of financial matters at D’crypt, a subsidiary of StarHub and Temasek. Maggie also held several key financial roles in companies such as Tyco Fire and Security Services Singapore, ST Engineering Aerospace, Sembcorp Marine, Berger Paints Singapore, and Mediacorp.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance and a Masters of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University. Maggie is both a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
