CRIS takes whistleblowing seriously and will review all reports and initiate an investigation, where possible.

Some examples of unethical situations include:

• Theft and Fraud

• Improper Accounting Practices

• Violations of Company Policies, Laws and Regulations

• Bribes and Kickbacks

• Health, Safety and Environmental Issues

• On-the-job Drug or Alcohol Abuse

• Harassment or Discrimination

Information shared as well as the identity of the whistleblower shall be treated with the strictest confidence. We prohibit retaliation against any individual who reports a suspected misconduct in good faith.
