About the Speakers
Dr Elaine Lo
Principal Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical Support Services, Pharmacy, National University Hospital (NUH) and Adjunct Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Faculty of Science, National University of Singapore (NUS)
Dr Lo is a clinical partner of PRECISE’s Pre-emptive Pharmacogenomics Clinical Implementation Pilot (PPGx CIP).
Dr Lo’s daily clinical work involves an extensive range of specialties including immunotherapeutics (inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatology), allergy, nephrology, intensive care and solid organ transplant. She also does research in gastroenterology and pharmacokinetics. Dr Lo currently holds the secretariat role at the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.

Dr Lim leads the bioinformatics team at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute of Precision Medicine (PRISM).
He obtained his PhD in Genetics from Cambridge University in 2012 and subsequently conducted his postdoctoral research at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS). His research interests include the analysis of consumer wearable data as well as the integration of electronic health records (EHR) and genomic data.
Dr Wan Yi Min
Senior Consultant, Department of Psychiatry, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) and Adjunct Assistant Professor, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS
Dr Wan is a clinical partner of PRECISE’s Pre-emptive Pharmacogenomics Clinical Implementation Pilot (PPGx CIP).
Dr Wan’s primary interest is in in neuropsychiatry, particularly in the fields of Movement Disorders and Sleep Disorders. She has authored multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals, conference/seminar papers, and book chapters in these areas. She also serves on the editorial board of several international journals including the journal Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience.
